Shipping Policy

At Horizen Candle Company, we strive to ensure that your order is processed quickly and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines the procedures, timeframes, and costs associated with shipping our products.

Order Processing. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another email once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You can expect the following delivery estimates.
-Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
-Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days
-Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

Shipping Locations. We currently ship to all addresses within Canada and the USA. Currently, we do not ship outside of Canada and the USA. Shipping Carriers. We use the following carriers for our deliveries.
-Canada Post
-USPS
-UPS
-FedEx
-DHL

Order Tracking. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. You can track your order by visiting the carrier’s website and inputting your tracking number.

Shipping Restrictions. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Certain products may be subject to additional shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory requirements.

Delivery Delays. Delays caused by severe weather conditions are out of our control. Delayes due to strikes or force majuere events such as natural disasters (fire, earthquake, war etc) are out of our control. Delivery times may be subject to unforeseen delays by the carriers. If your shipment is delayed, please contact the carrier with your tracking information for further assistance.

Shipping Errors and Lost Packages. If your package is lost or you have encountered a shipping error, please contact us at info@horizencandlecompany.com. We will assist in tracking the package or resending the order. Ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Damaged Items in Transit. If your item is damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@horizencandlecompany.com within 5 days of receiving your order. Provide detailed photos of the damaged item and packaging for your claim to be processed.

Currently, Horizen Candle Company does not offer in-store pickup options.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Horizen Candle Company. We value your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that there may be times when you need to return a product. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and procedures for returns and refunds.

Return Period: You may return items within 10 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

We accept returns for the following reasons. Damaged Items: If the item you received is damaged, defective, or substantially different from the one you ordered. Incorrect Items. If you received the wrong product.

Non-Returnable Items. Certain items are non-returnable, including:
-Gift cards
-Downloadable software products
-Personal care items
-Custom or personalized items

Process for Return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@horizencandlecompany.com within the 10-day return period. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return your item. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.

Process for Refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as products with obvious signs of use, missing parts, or items not returned in their original condition. Non-Refundable Shipping Costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or Missing Refunds. Please check Your Bank Account and If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@horizencandlecompany.com

From time to tome we will excpet exchanges. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at info@horizencandlecompany.com to arrange for an exchange.
